We are currently recruiting for:
FA Level 1 or FA Level 2 (UEFA C Licence) Coaches to support our expanding operations in Dorset as follows:

Junior Premier League Manager / Lead Coach | We have 12 playing teams in the Junior Premier League – Ages u9 to u18s. Each team should be staffed with a FA Level 2 (UEFA C Licence) qualified manager / lead coach to support the teams training sessions and match day commitments. (typically 1x 1.5 hour training session locally per week on a week day evening and 1x game every Saturday – younger age groups in AM and older ones PM – some travel is expected for away games). 1 hour per week minimum is also expected to support fixture planning, feedback to players and parents and develop player development plans. Our managers follow our BRS ‘Playbook’ so our BRS teams look and feel the same. | YES x1 |
Junior Premier League Assistant Coach | We have 12 playing teams in the Junior Premier League – Ages u9 to u18s. Each team should be staffed with a FA Level 1 qualified assistant coach to support the teams training sessions and match day commitments. (typically 1x 1.5 hour training session locally per week on a week day evening and 1x game every Saturday – younger age groups in AM and older ones PM – some travel is expected for away games). | YES x1 |
Advanced Development Centre | Age groups between u6 – u11 in session sizes of up to 12. applicants need to be FA Level 1 qualified and keen to advance. Sessions are Friday early evenings in Chapel Gate | YES x2 |
Goalkeepers School | Mixed age groups between u9 – u18 split into smaller age relevant groups for specialist GK sessions overseen by our GK Lead (Cai Rolfe) – applicants need to be FA level 1 qualified and keen to advance. GK School is hosted early evening on Thursdays at Chapel Gate | YES x1 |
After School Clubs | We support local schools with their after school clubs programmes – (in Dorset area – various) – sessions run from 15:00 – 16:30 and are themed as either; Football, Multi-sports, or Dodgeball. Applicants must have FA level 1 for football, or otherwise hold relevant experience in working with small children and must hold, or be able to hold a valid advanced DBS certificate (BRS will apply for a specific BRS one). | TBC |
School Coaches (in class sessions) | We support local schools with their in class delivery of their physical education curriculum. During school term time and in arranged classes our staff supervise and lead PE sessions. Applicants must hold Applicants must have FA level 1 for football, or otherwise hold relevant experience in working with small children and must hold, or be able to hold a valid advanced DBS certificate (BRS will apply for a specific BRS one). | TBC |
BRS Match Officials | We are always on the lookout for Match Officials (Referees, or Assistant Referees). Join our BRS Referee Pool and we can work with you to allocate games for us at home pitches (Chapel Gate, Ferndown, or Blandford) for a fixed rate depending on your experience and the game age range. Applicants must be over 14 years of age min, must hold FA Match Official Qualification (or be willing to work towards one under our supervision) and MUST be confident to officiate in a demanding professional environment. | YES x2 |
What do BRS pay?
All our coaches are semi-professional or professional coaches and as such they are all contracted workers for BRS and we agree a session rate for our coaches commensurate with their experience level and duties

What can I Learn?
You can learn from more experienced coaches / managers in BRS within your training environment or with the teams.
We host CPD days and events overseen by our Pro Licence Football Development Lead (Terry Moore) – you will not get a better technical coach to help you!
BRS can help you with progression to further coaching licences too!
